Berikut adalah draft Agreement terkait:

Agreement on the Academic Exchange Program Between

Praboromarajchanok Institute for Health Workforce Development, Thailand and Association of Indonesian Nursing Education Center, Indonesia

 

 

The Praboromarajchanok Institute for Health Workforce Development (PIHWD), Ministry of Public Health Thailand and the Association of Indonesian Nursing Education Centers (AINEC)Indonesia recognize the benefits of developing a collegial relationship between our respective schools to establish strong international links. To this aim we propose the following agreement:

 

  1. The purposes of this agreement are to develop academic and educational collaboration and to promote a  joint relationship between the PIHWD and AINEC

 

  1. Both institutes undertake to promote and develop cooperation in the following ways, on a basis of equality and reciprocity :
  • Exchange of teaching staff (lecturers) and researchers
  • Exchange of students
  • Exchange of academic information and publications
  • Conducting  reciprocal lectures and seminars
  • Cooperating  in research and the publication of its results
  • Identifying other mutually agreed opportunities for   collaboration

 

  1. To  implement  these forms of cooperation, representatives of our individual schools/colleges will be encouraged to consult with each other and to develop specific plans for collaboration in any or all of the ways outlined  in agreement two above as listed in ANNEX 1.

 

  1. It is understood that the implementation of any of the types of cooperation stated in agreement two above shall depend on our mutual availability of resources and financial support at from our respective institutes as listed in ANNEX 2

 

  1. This agreement will come into effect on the date when the representatives of both institutes sign the agreement and will remain valid for period of five years. The agreement may be extended after discussion with representatives of both institutes. Such discussion needs to commence not later than six months before the termination of the agreement.

 

  1. The agreement may be revised of modified within that period by mutual consent. Similarly, the agreement may be terminated within the period by either party providing six months notice is given to the other.

ANNEX2A Number of exchange students

The number of exchange students, lecturers and researchers can be arranged as follows:

  • The maximum of 10 students will be exchanged between colleges/ schools for each semester.
  • The maximum of 2 lecturers will be exchanged between colleges/ schools for each semester.
  • The maximum of 2 researchers will be exchanged between colleges/ schools for each semester.

 

ANNEX2B Financial arrangement

Both institutions agree to finance the academic exchange program based on the following arrangements:

  • Visa, fiscal, and plane ticket arrangements are responsible by home colleges/ schools.
  • Both institutions agree to waive the tuition fee of the exchange students.
  • Period of exchange is three months in maximum.
  • Accommodation for students/lecturers/researchers who participate in the exchange program is facilitated by host colleges/ schools.
  • Accommodation and domestic transportation are provided by host colleges/schools with free of charge.
  • Living expenses such as meals and telephone cost shall be responsible by home colleges/schools.
  •  Health insurance for exchange students/lecturers/researchers is responsible by home colleges/ schools.
  • Indonesia may sent Master/Doctorate Students for field visit which will be supervised by nursing college.
  • Indonesia may also sent those students to the related field in the hospital in Thailand.
